The 85th&1st Apartments area fresh take on a multi level housing for the Greenwood Neighborhood of north Seattle. The 100 apartment building is also home to a large retail floor level. The Approach of our design create a multi faceted apartment complex that provided a public entrance you see above and a private courtyard for its residence in the alley area. I was involved in the concept design of the exterior facade and schematic design phase.

Responsibilities

  • Sketch ideas for the exterior facade of the apartment building

  • Help produce a Sketchup model

  • Coordinate exterior materials with manufacturer reps

  • Produce exterior renderings in Sketchup and Photoshop

  • Prepare graphics for Design Review Board

  • Work on Presentation Floor Plans
