EL PASO                     MUNICIPAL COURTHOUSE

The El Paso Municipal Courthouse exemplifies the three government branches.  The Executive, Judicial, and Legislative are the foundation of the government that represents the public are helped form the physical layout of this courthouse.  The program was organized into public, private, and entrance areas.  The fragmented layout helped create the intertwined flows of traffic that will help isolate the public from the entrance to their destination, the inmates being escorted to the courts from their cells, or guide judges from their chambers to their courts.  All moving through their own paths without overlapping for security reasons.
